CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (FULL-TIME)

Job Scope

  • Assist the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs for a personal home tutor.
  • Communicate and assist tutors regarding the taking up of customer's requests and liaising with customers to arrange for lessons.
  • Conduct feedback from customer.
  • Assist in billing and payment collection.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Min. GCE 'O' Level.
  • Professional, reliable and responsible with good communication skills and flexible to handle all types of customers.
  • Applicants who have relevant experience in customer service will be an advantage Able to work weekends and shift.
  • Proficient in basic IT skills like MS Office.
  • Applicants should be Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident. Remuneration
  • Attractive basic salary plus commission.
